This notice explains what information may be collected through the Northern Delaware Intergroup of A.A. website and how that information may be used.
Last updated: August 3, 2026. This policy should be reviewed by NDIAA before the sandbox replaces the production website, especially the sections describing form storage, retention, and who may access submissions.
Information you choose to provide
The website may collect information that you voluntarily submit through contact, meeting-update, service, volunteer, and other forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, meeting information, service availability, sobriety date, age, and other details requested by the form.
How information is used
- To respond to questions and requests for help.
- To coordinate Twelfth Step, answering-service, corrections, bridging, and other service work.
- To review and maintain local meeting information.
- To administer, secure, and improve the website.
Access to submitted information should be limited to authorized NDIAA trusted servants, volunteers, and service workers who need it for the purpose for which it was submitted.
Cookies, security, and external services
WordPress, security services, and form tools may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function and remain secure. This notice should be updated if analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking tools are added.
NDIAA uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This website links to independent services such as aa.org, Venmo, calendar providers, and map providers. Their privacy policies apply after you leave the NDIAA website.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only as long as needed to respond to the request, coordinate service, meet operational needs, and satisfy applicable obligations. You may contact NDIAA to ask a question about information you submitted or to request correction or deletion where appropriate.
